Terms & Conditions

1. PLACING AN ORDER.

  • Find the product(s) you want on the Valens website
  • Select the size you require and press ‘Add to Cart’
  • Once you’ve added all of the items you require to your cart, select checkout option
  • You will be asked to input your shipping & billing details
  • Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct
  • Press ‘Place Order’
  • You will then receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering

In the unlikely circumstance we’d be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order explaining the issue that may have arose.

Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the ‘Place Your Order’ button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.

 

2. VALENS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER FULFILLMENT OF ALL ORDERS ON THE VALENS WEBSITE. WE EXPLICITLY RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • The product is not available / in stock
  • Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
  • Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
  • We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
  • Force Majeure
  • In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

 

3. PRICE CHANGES

Valens reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders made on the Valens website are dispatched from the United States. We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes this is not always possible. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.

Valens cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: 

Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

 

5. DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Valens reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

Usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

When Returning item(s) that you have purchased you have a time period of 15 days from receiving your purchase(s) to return said item(s) for either an exchange or full refund, any returns made after this period will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to original delivery address. 
Furthermore you will not be eligible for a return if any of the following have occurred:
  • ANY items that  have been worn.
  • ANY items that are not with original packaging.
  • ANY  items have signs of damage. 
  • ANY items that have been washed.
Customers are fully liable for the return of their item(s) and for the parcel itself until it reaches Valens.  This also includes the postal costs to return the item back to us. We highly recommend you return the item via a tracked delivery service to avoid any issues in regards to the item reaching us, however this is at the customer's discretion. It is the customers full responsibility to make sure that we receive the item(s) and we can't guarantee that we will receive the returned item(s).

 

 

7. How To Return or Exchange Item(s)

*For exchanges or refunds please follow the steps below.
  • notify our support team at valens.clothing@yahoo.com be sure to signify whether you wish to exchange your item or want a refund.
  • If you wish to exchange an item please give details to the item in which you want to exchange for.
  • if you wish to get a refund for your item(s) write a brief description why you would like a refund & state your item, name, address details and order conformation number.
  • Mail your item(s) to Valens, 23205 Prairie Ridge Rd. Gretna, NE 68028.
